Telephone service is available during opening hours on Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 12:30 and 14:00 - 18:30. We will be providing telephone & appointment access on Thursday afternoons between - 14:00 - 18:30.

On occasion Coventry NHS organises protected Learning sessions for all Coventry GPs. On these occasions (usually Wednesday afternoons) you may find the surgery closed after lunch until 16:30.

The practice also offers extended hours telephone appointments between 07:00 – 08:00 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Saturday's between 12:00– 12:40.

The GP Alliance

GP Alliance offers sessions outside of Core GP hours at the following times:

• Monday -Friday 18:30 - 21:10
• Saturday 09:00 - 12:00 
• Sunday 10:00 - 13:00

These sessions are for patients who are unable to attend during Core GP hours.

This service includes GP appointments and some nursing services such as:

Cervical screening, contraceptive services, vaccines and immunisations and childhood immunisations

You can arrange these appointments via our reception desk.

If you need urgent medical assistance outside of normal surgery hours the number to call is 024 76612110 and follow the instructions.

Walk-in Centre

You may also attend the City of Coventry Walk-in and Healthcare Centre, Stoney Stanton Road, Coventry. It opens 08:00 until 22:00 seven days a week - an appointment is not required for the walk-in Centre. Telephone 00300 200 0060

NHS 111

You can also Phone NHS 111 which is for urgent but NOT life-threatening situations.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
